自拟循经止痉汤对抽动症患儿的疗效及安全性分析

摘要： 目的：研究自拟循经止痉汤对抽动症患儿的疗效及安全性分析。
方法：选择2018年2月至2019年2月在我院接受治疗的抽动症患儿142例作为观察对象，随机分为观察组及对照组各71例。对照组进行氟哌啶醇、耳穴贴压和针刺治疗，观察组在此基础上再增用循经止痉汤。治疗时间为6个月。对比两组疗效，耶鲁抽动症整体严重程度评价量表（YGTSS）评分以及副反应情况。
结果：观察组临床总有效率为97.18%（69/71），显著高于对照组88.73%（63/71），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两组YGTSS各项评分均较治疗前明显下降，且观察组较对照组也更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患儿副反应总发生率为5.63%（4/71），显著低于对照组16.90%（12/71），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论：循经止痉汤的疗效及安全性均较好，还可有效改善患儿的YGTSS评分，值得给予推广。

Abstract: Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of self-made Xunjing Zhijing decoction in children with tic disorder.
Methods：A total of 142 children with tic who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as observation subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 71 cases each. The control group was treated with haloperidol, auricular acupoint sticking and acupuncture, and the observation group was additionally treated with Xunjing Zhijing decoction on this basis. The treatment duration was 6 months. The efficacy, Yale tic overall severity scale(YGTSS) score and side effects were compared between the two groups.
Results：The total clinical effective rate was 97.18%(69/71) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.73%,63/71), and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment, the YGTSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference being statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total incidence of side effects was 5.63%(4/71) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 16.90%(12/71) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion：The efficacy and safety of Xunjing Zhijing decoction are good, and it can also effectively improve the YGTSS score of children, which is worthy of promotion.
