Abstract:
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution and atomized heparin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.
Methods：A total of 136 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were collected.They were divided into two groups randomly，with 68 patients in each group.The patients in both groups received traditional anti-mycoplasma and comprehensive treatment for two courses，and ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution was used for 7 days and atomized heparin for 4 to 7 days for patients in the observation group.The time for the symptoms to disappear，hospital stay，the clinical effect and side effects were observed.
ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was 97.1%(66/68) which was remarkably higher than that in the control group，which was 88.2%(60/68),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time for cough，moist rales and fever to disappear and hospital stay in the observation group is much less than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Neither of the groups showed clear side effects.
Conclusion：The treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia with ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution and atomized heparin is effective，safe and convenient.
