加强哮喘苗期患儿合理用药和中医健康教育的思考

Abstract

Abstract: The theory of asthma seedling stage creatively moves the prevention and treatment of asthma forward to the stage of no wheezing roles or dyspnea.It is the key strategy in the prevention and treatment of asthma to strengthen the drug therapy and TCM health education at asthma seedling stage in children，which can effectively prevent the typical attack of asthma.Base on these analyses，the paper introduced the symptomatic treatment by rational use of drugs and the treatment with Modified Anti-asthma Decoction or Yiqi Guben Capsule.In addition，various practice of TCM health education were launched based on reducing milk and food，preventing coldness，paying attention to living，taking proper exercise，differentiating TCM physique and regulating the physique.
