双子参洗液联合切开挂线法治疗小儿肛瘘疗效观察

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shuangzishen lotion combined with incision seton therapy for infantile anal fistula.
Methods:Totally 60 cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in two groups underwent incision seton therapy. We used routine flushing with saline after surgery in the control group, while Shuangzishen lotion flushing in the study group. The patients in the two groups were observed concerning the treatment effect, adverse reaction and recurrence rate.
Results:In the study group the total effective rate was 93.33%, while in the control group it was 73.33%, which showed that the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of itching and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year, and in the observation group there were 2 cases of recurrence(6.67%), while in the control group 9 cases(30%), the recurrence rate in the observation group being significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of incision seton therapy combined with fumigating and washing is significant in the treatment of anal fistula in children.
