Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on children with alternating hemiplegia. Methods Two cases of children with alternating hemiplegia were analyzed after gene detection,and were given scalp acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Results The intelligence and motor function of two children with alternating hemiplegia were improved after treatment. Conclusion The earlier the onset of alternant hemiplegia,the more serious the condition.The combination of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy can improve the symptoms of children to a certain extent,and the effect on motor function is obviously better than the effect on intelligence.
