单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合喜炎平治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床观察

Abstract

Abstract: Objective
To investigate the clinical efficacy of adenosine monophosphate combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.
Methods
Totally 92 children with herpes angina admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Shenyang from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group(47 cases) and observation group(45 cases). Both groups were given Xiyanping injection by intravenous dripping, and the observation group was also given intravenous dripping of adenosine monophosphate; the treatment lasted for 3 days in a row. The clinical efficacy, herpes healing time, ulcer healing time and fever relief time of the two groups were observed.
Results
The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%(43/45), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.2%，33/47), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The healing time of herpes and ulcer and the fever relief time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Adenosine monophosphate combined with Xiyanping is effective in the treatment of herpetic angina in children.
