Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Huazhi granule to cure the children retention of food belonging to windheat syndrome, and investigate its effects on the level of animals gastrointestinal hormones. MethodsTotally 905 cases of retention of food were randomly divided into observation group and the control group in clinical research. The children of observation group orally took the Qingre Huazhi granule;the children of control group orally took Jianer Qingjie liquid. The gastrointestinal hormones of dyspeptic disease mice were researched in animal experiment. ResultsMany clinical studies had shown that the rate of cure, the rate of significance and the total effective rate of Qingre Huazhi granule was 63.31%, 23.79% and 87.10%,respectively. The rate of cure, the rate of significance and the total effective rate of Jianer Qingjie liquid was 46.07%, 28.57% and 74.64%,respectively. The comprehensive efficacy, cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were better than those of the control group, which had significant differences in statistics.Animal experiments showed that particles could improve the content of motilin (MOT) and gastrin (GAS) in blood and small intestine tissue of mice, and could reduce the level of somatostatin (SS), but the effect on vasoactive intestinal peptide was not obvious. ConclusionIn our study, the Qingre Huazhi granule's clinical efficacy is safe and reliable, and can obviously improve the gastrointestinal peristalsis of the children retention of food belonging to windheat syndrome.
