Infectious mononucleosis in children is one of the common febrile diseases in children. At present, there is no unified principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in clinical treatment. The author discusses the theoretical basis of dialectical treatment for infectious mononucleosis in children by using the theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue in febrile diseases based on the relationship between the theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue in febrile diseases and infectious mononucleosis in children, in order to enrich the research on TCM treatment for infectious mononucleosis in children.
