Abstract:

Objective To explore the relationship between the severity of disease and the levels of vitamin D,C-reactive protein (CRP) and D-dimer in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A total of 125 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected.According to the clinical manifestations, the children were divided into severe group (refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,63 cases) and mild group (common Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,62 cases),and 41 healthy children were selected as the control group during the same period.Activated partial prothrombin time (aPTT),prothrombin time (PT),platelet count (PLT),fibrinogen (Fbg),D dimer level,CRP and vitamin D level were detected.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between vitamin D,CRP and D dimer levels and disease severity in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Results There were no significant differences in PT,PLT,Fbg or aPTT levels among the 3 groups(P>0.05),and the D-dimer level of the mild group and the severe group was higher than that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).CRP level in severe and mild groups was higher than that in control group, and vitamin D level was lower than that in control group, the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).D dimer and CRP levels were positively correlated with the severity of the disease, while vitamin D levels were negatively correlated with the severity of the disease(P<0.05).Conclusion D-dimer,CRP and vitamin D have significant correlation with the disease state of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, which can be used as indicators to judge the disease state of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
