    Abstract ( 151 )   PDF (805KB) ( 319 )   Save

Epilepsy is the most common neurological disease in children. The seizures of most patients with epilepsy can be controlled by drug treatment, there are still 20% to 30% of patients with poor response to antiepileptic drugs, and the seizures are difficult to control, which is called refractory epilepsy. After years of research and exploration Professor Ma Rong has found that abnormalities in immunization and nutrition may be the main cause and pathogenesis of recurrent seizures in children with refractory epilepsy. The treatment should be based on Guwei Huying. In addition, the child has congenital insufficiency, which lasts for a long time. The spleen and kidney are in insufficiency, and the deficiency and excess are mixed. The method of nourishing the kidney, resuscitating the body and resolving phlegm is use flexibly throughout the whole process.During frequent epileptic seizures at primary stage, Professor Ma used Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction to regulate immunization and nutrition, and then use Dihuang Yinzi to consolidate the root at a later stage. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation can achieve good results.

Based on the theory of spleen governing transportation and transformation, this paper analyzes the correlation between childhood obesity and spleen governing transportation and transformation. The main pathogenesis is in the spleen's inability to transport normally and the internal excess of sputum and dampness evils. The importance of the treatment for obesity by managing spleen is described according to the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and based on the modern researches on obesity, the relationship of spleen's inability to transport normally with intestinal microflora, mitochondria function and fat metabolism is analyzed to discover the pathogenesis of childhood obesity. The imbalance of intestinal microflora, the damaged function of mitochondria and the disorder of fat metabolism lead to the decreased synthesis of short-chain fatty acids, the disorder of material energy metabolism, the weakened mitochondria function of bone muscle and adipose tissue, the dysfunction of fat transportation and the ectopic fat deposition. The Chinese medicines to invigorate spleen, help transportation and remove dampness can recover the spleen's function in governing transportation and transformation, which helps to regulate the dysfunction of intestinal microflora, recover the function of mitochondria, promote fat metabolism and improve obesity, hence providing new lines of thinking in the clinical prevention and treatment of childhood obesity based on the theory of spleen governing transportation and transformation.

ObjectiveTo investigate the prescription regularity in treating HSP.MethodsThe electronic medical records of 107 HSP child patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to September 2020 were collected, and were screened and analyzed which were used to build a prescription database. Frequency statistics method, association rules and cluster analysis(K-means algorithm+regression models) were used to process data mining. Analyze the prescription regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in treating HSP with the help of TCMISS(V3.0) The property and flavor, frequency, meridian distribution, effect and core drug combination of the core drugs were studied.ResultsThere were 16 Chinese herbs with frequency of usage≥20, and the herbs with high frequency of usage included: honey-fried licorice root, rhizoma atractylodis, moutan bark, semen coicis, golden cypress, lithospermum, etc. There were 23 herb pairs with frequency of usage≥30,and the herb pairs with high frequency of usage included rhizoma atractylodis-golden cypress, rhizoma atractylodis-moutan bark-semen coicis, moutan bark-radix paeoniae rubra, etc. Main taste was bitter and sweet, main drug property was cold, and the main meridian distribution was in lung, spleen, liver and heart. ConclusionThe treatment methods for HSP in our hospital were summarized, such as "bitter and sweet law" and "dispelling latent evil". The main drugs are to clear away heat and toxic materials and promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and tonifying drugs are used at the same time.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of massage combined with situational interactive intelligent walking training on motor function of lower limbs in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP).MethodsTotally 76 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group. The control group received neurodevelopmental therapy such as Bobath and Rood. The observation group received massage combined with situational interactive intelligent walking training on the basis of the treatment for the control group. After 3 months of intervention, the motor function of lower limbs in the two groups was evaluated, and the index-level of three-dimensional gait (support phase, swing phase, step length and walking speed) was measured.ResultsThe scores of gross motor function scale (GMFM-88), support phase, swing phase, step length and walking speed were compared between the two groups before intervention, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of GMFM-88 in D region and E region in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the supporting phase was lower, and the swinging phase and walking speed were higher than those in the control group, the differences being of statistical significance(P<0.05). ConclusionOn the basis of neurodevelopmental therapy, massage combined with situational interactive intelligent walking training can improve the gait of children with spastic cerebral palsy, which is conducive to improving the motor function of lower limbs. It is worth popularizing.

Precocious puberty is a common endocrine disease in children, with a high incidence in girls, which shows signs of sexual development before the age of 8.In addition to premature closure of epiphyseal and impaired final height in adulthood,a series of psychological and behavioral problems may result from it,such as shyness, inferiority and social withdrawal."Women Taking Liver as Congenital" was first published in the "Clinical Guidance and Medical Records".Based on the premise of gender differences,Ye Tianshi emphasized the important role of liver to womens health.Children are prone to the stimulation of their own or external factors, and they also have heavy schoolwork, extracurricular tutoring, artistic expansion, employment pressure, which is likely to cause liver depression;meanwhile,a large amount of tutoring seriously restricts childrens free extracurricular life.A significant lack of exercise not only restricts the nature of children yearning for freedom, but also increases the incidence of obesity, thus becoming a risk factor for precocious puberty.According to the characteristics of girlsgrowth and development, this paper probed into the connotation of "Women Taking Liver as Congenital",and discussed the treatment for the girls precocious puberty based on liver from the theoretical level and through combination with the clinical experimental data in recent years. An inspection case is attached for verification.
