Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of massage combined with situational interactive intelligent walking training on motor function of lower limbs in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP).Methods Totally 76 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group. The control group received neurodevelopmental therapy such as Bobath and Rood. The observation group received massage combined with situational interactive intelligent walking training on the basis of the treatment for the control group. After 3 months of intervention, the motor function of lower limbs in the two groups was evaluated, and the index-level of three-dimensional gait (support phase, swing phase, step length and walking speed) was measured. Results The scores of gross motor function scale (GMFM-88), support phase, swing phase, step length and walking speed were compared between the two groups before intervention, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of GMFM-88 in D region and E region in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the supporting phase was lower, and the swinging phase and walking speed were higher than those in the control group, the differences being of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of neurodevelopmental therapy, massage combined with situational interactive intelligent walking training can improve the gait of children with spastic cerebral palsy, which is conducive to improving the motor function of lower limbs. It is worth popularizing.
