Abstract: Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine-Tiaowei decoction combined with Jinshi plaster on acupoint Shenque, in treating anorexia of children with spleen dysfunction.Methods:Select 80 cases from Pediatrics Outpatient of Tongling Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between August 2016 to October 2017.The patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(40 cases， treated with Tiaowei decoction combined with Jinshi plaster) and control group(40 cases， treated with Zinc gluconate oral solution) through the random method. Both groups were treated for four courses(4 weeks,7 days as a course).Results:The syndrome scores were lower than before treatment in both groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%(38/40), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%,31/40), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaowei decoction combined with Jinshi plaster on acupoint Shenque is an effective method to treat childhood anorexia with syndrome of dysfunction of spleen, and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
