Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the inhibition effects of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum on adhesion and membrane fusion process of respiratory syncytial virus.
MethodsUsing the method of temperature conversion,we added Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum during adhesion period(before temperature conversion) and invasion period(after temperature conversion) respectively.Monitor virus inhibition rates and average A of the two periods, observe the influence of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum on adhesion and membrane fusion process of respiratory syncytial virus.
ResultsNo significant differences were found on the average A between Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum group and virus control group before temperature conversion experiment. After the temperature conversion, virus inhibition rates of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum group increased, the average A increasing obviously.Differences were significant before and after temperature conversion experiment.
ConclusionThe antiviral effect of Qingfei oral liquid medicinecontained serum mainly embodies on the membrane fusion and invasion phases  after adhesion process of respiratory syncytial virus.
