Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the effect of Reduning injection combined with ribavirin granules in patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) and the safety of the drug.
Methods：A total of 98 children with HFMD were randomly divided into control group(49 cases) and observation group(49 cases) according to the digital table method,and the patients in control group were treated with ribavirin, while those in the observation group were treated with Reduning injection combined with ribavirin granules.After 5 days of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared;the changes of the biochemical indexes before and after treatment and the safety of the medication were compared.
Results：The total effective rate of the observation group(97.96%) was significantly higher than the control group(75.51%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC,hs-CRP,AST and ALT level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar,and the safety difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).
Conclusion：The combination of Rehuning injection with ribavirin granules has a higher clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric hand,foot and mouth disease.It can effectively improve the WBC,hs-CRP,AST and ALT levels in children,with fewer adverse reactions during medication,and higher safety.
