合生元益生菌冲剂联合复方黄柏液治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效观察

Abstract:
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of biostime probiotics combined with compound Huangbai solution in the treatment of eczema in children．Methods：Totally 82 children with eczema treated in our hospital from Aug. 2014 to Jan. 2016 were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(A) and control group(B),41 children in each group. Group A was given biostime probiotics combined with external treatment of Huangbai solution，while Group B was only given external treatment of Huangbai solution．The eczema area, EASI scores and the clinical curative effect of two groups were observed after two weeks of treatment．Results：After the treatment of one week and two weeks, the EASI scores were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of Group A was better than that of Group B. The total effective rate in Group A and B was 92.1% and 65.7%, respectively and the difference was statistical(P<0.05)．Conclusion：For children with eczema, the treatment of oral biostime probiotics combined with compound Huangbai solution for external use can achieve significant effect．
