Abstract: HSP is one of the common autoimmune diseases in children. In recent years, the incidence of the disease has been increasing year by year, which may be related to the changes of children's constitution, diet, exercise and environment. There have been obvious pathogenesis and treatment progress in the prevention and treatment of HSP in TCM and western medicine. However, the treatment results and the control of the recurrence rate of HSP need further discussion. Studies have shown that the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of allergic purpura are closely related to clinical care after illness. Therefore, this article, based on analyzing the etiology of the disease and summing up the pediatrician's experience in the routine treatment and clinical care of allergic purpura in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine, aims to reduce the recurrence of children with HSP and complications and shorten the course of disease, in order to provide clinical guidance for the diagnosis, treatment and recovery of children with HSP, and reduce the economic and psychological burden of children and their families.
