Abstract: Objective:To explore the curative effect of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with bifid triple viable capsules in the treatment of children with ulcerative colitis.
Methods:A total of 90 children with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group(45 cases) and the control group(45 cases). The children in both groups were treated with mesalazine entericcoated tablets while the children in the observation group also took with bifid triple viable capsules. After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared, the intestinal mucosal barrier function was evaluated, and the inflammatory factors were detected.
Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ratio of lactulose with mannitol urine excretion rate and endotoxin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the hypersensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion:Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with bifid triple viable capsules can effectively improve the intestinal function and promote the rehabilitation of children with ulcerative colitis, and the combination of drugs is better than single drug.
