Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of terbutaline on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Eighty children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from our hospital who were treated from January 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases each. The control group was given azithromycin sequential treatment, and on this basis, the patients of experimental group were given terbutaline treatment. The lung function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, while eosinophils,IL-2 and IL-4 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of terbutaline on children with mycoplasma pneumonia is definite, which can improve lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
