Experience in treating children′s facial TIC disorder with Zhizi Shengqi powder

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years,the incidence of TIC disorder has been increasing.Its symptoms are very likely to recur,which affects the daily life and studies of children,so it brings great trouble to children and their parents.Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatment of this disease;especially in recent years,there are many new theories and methods that have been used.Professor Zhang Baoqing believes that the locus of facial TIC disorder in children is in "liver",and its pathogenesis is "liver wind moving internally",which is closely related to heart,spleen and lungs.The treatment should focus on calming the liver and stopping the wind,while giving consideration to heart,spleen and lungs.This paper mainly introduces Professor Zhang Baoqing′s clinical experience in treating children′s facial TIC disorder with modified Zhizi Shengqi powder.
