养血定痫颗粒联合丙戊酸钠对小儿癫痫患儿疗效及智商损害的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Objective：To observe the effect of Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate on children with epilepsy and intelligence impairment.Methods：Totally 102 children with epilepsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 51 cases in each group. Sodium valproate treatment was given to the control group and the observation group was given Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate for treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, compare efficacy, adverse reactions and IQ index of the two groups.Results：The apparent rate of the observation group was 78.4% (40/51), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.9%，29/51), the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05). The scores of the operation IQ, the verbal IQ and the total IQ of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in observation group than in the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Yangxue Dingxian granule combined with sodium valproate in treatment of children with epilepsy can reduce adverse drug reactions, improve IQ development and improve the curative effect, which is worth being popularized in clinical application.
