Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in autumn diarrhea in infants and young children.MethodsTotally 120 cases of autumn diarrhea in infants were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. In addition to conventional symptomatic treatment, routine nursing was given to the control group, while comprehensive nursing was given to the observation group. The total efficiency, satisfaction rate, length of hospital stay and costs were compared.ResultsThe satisfaction rate of children in observation group was 98.3%(59/60), and the total effective rate was 96.7%(58/60), which were significantly higher than 83.3%(50/60) and 83.3% (50/60) in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05); and in the observation group hospitalization costs were lower and hospital stay was shorter than the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve overall efficacy in children with diarrhea who receive symptomatic treatment, and it can also improve nursing satisfaction, which should be introduced.
