The antiviral research of water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma SUN Kefeng,YU Yan,LI Lijing,et al. 2010, 2 (4):  319-321.  Abstract ( 258 )   PDF (361KB) ( 114 )   Save Objective〖WT5”BZ〗To investigate the antiviral effects of the water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma. 〖WT5”HZ〗Methods〖WT5”BZ〗（1）The cytopathic method was used to observe the antiviral effects in vitro of the water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma on influenza virus(FM1),respiratory syncyntial virus(Long),para influenza virus(Ⅰ,Ⅲ),adenovirus(AD3);(2)Mice were randomly divided into treated group(25%,12.5%,6.25% extract as high,middle and low dose respectively),normal control group and model group,the in vivo antiviral effects of them were studied in mice infected with influenza virus(FM1) on induced lung index. 〖WT5”HZ〗Results〖WT5”BZ〗〖JP2〗Both the water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma had the antiviral effect on influenza virus(FM1),respiratory syncyntial virus(Long),para influenza virus(Ⅰ,Ⅲ),adenovirus(AD3).EC50 of the water extract was 110.58，141.72，126.21，152.66 and 182.55 ng/L,TI was 34.94，14.21，30.62，25.31 and 21.17.〖JP〗EC50 of the alcohol extract was 152.08，168.27，132.28，135.26 and 156.38 ng/L,TI was 14.24，11.12，16.37，16.01 and 13.84.The water extract 250 mg/L（P＜0.01）125 mg/L（P＜0.05）,the alcohol extract 250 mg/L（P＜0.01）Significantly inhibited lung index of mice infected with influenza virus(FM1) increased the injury caused by virus. 〖WT5”HZ〗Conclusions〖WT5”BZ〗The water and alcohol extracts of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma have the antiviral effect，which can reduce the lung injury caused by virus. AQP9 expression in brain tissue of rats with hypoxicischemic brain damage in rats CHENG Chunhua,QU Shuqiang,LV Ying. 2010, 2 (4):  322-325.  Abstract ( 170 )   PDF (561KB) ( 80 )   Save Objective〖WT5”BZ〗 To study the change pattern of AQP9 expression in the brain tissues after hypoxicischemic brain damage and to discuss its relationship with brain edema. 〖WT5”HZ〗Methods〖WT5”BZ〗HIBD animal model was established，and quantitative PCR and WesternBlot were used to determine the changes of AQP9 expression and AQP9 mRNA. 〖WT5”HZ〗Results〖WT5”BZ〗AQP9 expression had no obvious change in the control group，but in the HIBD group,AQP9 expression increased with the lasting time of ischemia,and it reached its highest level on the second and third day of ischemia. 〖WT5”HZ〗Conclusions〖WT5”BZ〗In hypoxicischemic brain damage,AQP9 expression increases with the lasting time of hypoxia and ischemia,and it reaches its highest level at 72 hours. The analysis of the effects and related factors of head acupuncture combined with speech therapy in treating the language disorder of cerebral palsy children LI Xiaojie，YANG Yuqi，PANG Wei，et al. 2010, 2 (4):  326-329.  Abstract ( 216 )   PDF (608KB) ( 138 )   Save Objective〖WT5”BZ〗〖JP2〗To observe the curative effect of head acupuncture combined with speech therapy and analyze the relations among the types of speech disorder，degree of illness and level of mental retardation.〖JP〗 〖WT5”HZ〗Methods〖WT5”BZ〗Selected 155 cerebral palsy(CP) children through the examination of CRRC（ss），dysarthria scale and intelligent test before and after treatment;all patients were excluded auditory disorder.Three groups were: 30 for contrast group(group 1)，76 for speech and language training group(group 2) and 49 for head acupuncture combined with speech and language training group(group 3).Three months was one treatment period. 〖WT5”HZ〗Results〖WT5”BZ〗(1)There was a significant difference on the effective rates(P<0.01) with 60% for group1，88.4% for group 2 and 95.9% for group 3；(2)It was more effective for delayed language development disorder(DLDD) than others(P<0.01).The higher the level of function was , the higher the score of intelligence was，the better the effect was achieved,with significant difference(P<0.01). 〖WT5”HZ〗Conclusions〖WT5”BZ〗(1)The therapy has curative effects in group 2 and group 3，while group 3 is more effective；(2)The DLDD is more effective than the others；（3）The better the curative effect,the higher the level of function and the higher the score of intelligence.
