益气养阴、清利活血法对微小病变肾病大鼠血清和肾组织NO表达的影响

摘要： 目的：探讨益气养阴、清利活血法对肾脏的保护作用和机制。方法：用表柔比星尾静脉注射法（6 mg/kg）复制微小病变肾病大鼠模型，分别给予不同剂量益气养阴清利活血中药液、强的松混悬液灌胃治疗，连续给药4周。测定大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、尿素氮、肌酐、血清及肾组织一氧化氮（NO）的水平，并进行电镜下肾脏组织形态学观察。结果：模型组大鼠血清、肾组织NO水平明显高于正常组（P＜0.05～0.01）。益气养阴、清利活血法可减少微小病变肾病大鼠尿蛋白的排泄量，改善血清生化指标，降低血清及肾组织NO水平（P＜0.05～0.01），修复肾小球上皮细胞足突的结构。结论：益气养阴、清利活血法对微小病变肾病大鼠有明显疗效，并能抑制其增高的NO表达，从而减轻肾脏病理损害，缓解肾病。

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the effects of tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation on MCNS rats.Methods：The MCNS model rats were induced by ADR venoclysis through caudal vein.Different treatment was given to each group by ig administration for 4 weeks.We observed the amount of protein in urine,determined the levels of Alb,TC,TG,BUN,Scr and NO in serum and the NO in kidney tissue,and observed morphologic change in kidneys.Results：Compared with the normal group,the levels of NO in rats serum and kidney tissue in the model group were increased（P＜0.05～0.01）.tonifying Qi，nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation could decrease the amount of protein in urine and the levels of TC,TG,BUN,Scr and NO in serum,decrease the NO in kidney tissue（P＜0.05～0.01）,and repair injured foot process of glomerule epithelial cell.Conclusion：tonifying Qi，nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation have obvious protective effect on MCNS rats,decrease the NO in serum and kidney tissue and prevent the further development of MCNS.
