Abstract: Objective:To study the inhibition effects of Qingfei oral liquid medicine-contained serum on adhesion and membrane fusion process of respiratory syncytial virus.Methods:Using the method of temperature conversion，we added Qingfei oral liquid medicine-contained serum during adhesion period(before temperature conversion) and invasion period(after temperature conversion) respectively.Monitor virus inhibition rates and average A of the two periods，observe the influence of Qingfei oral liquid medicine-contained serum on adhesion and membrane fusion process of respiratory syncytial virus.Results:No significant differences were found on the average A between Qingfei oral liquid medicine-contained serum group and virus control group before temperature conversion experiment.After the temperature conversion，virus inhibition rates of Qingfei oral liquid medicine-contained serum group increased，the average A increasing obviously.Differences were significant before and after temperature conversion experiment.Conclusion:The antiviral effect of Qingfei oral liquid medicine-contained serum mainly embodies on the membrane fusion and invasion phases  after adhesion process of respiratory syncytial virus.
