Abstract

Abstract:
Sustained and controlled release preparation is a hot spot in the research and development of new drugs. It has the characteristics of less dosage, longer action time and fewer adverse reactions. In this paper, through the analysis and summary of published literatures, the characteristics of sustained and controlled release preparation and the problems related to higher rate of clinical adverse reactions were analyzed in order to provide reference for the development of sustained and controlled release preparation in pediatrics.
