Abstract: Professor Peng Yu′s clinical experience in the treatment of infantile eczema are summarized from the aspects of causes and pathogenesis,key points in syndrome differentiation,treatment principles and treatment methods Prof Peng believes that the itching,redness and seepage of the eczema can tell us the wind being internal or external,the poison and heat and the severity of dampness The length of disease course and the features of rash can show whether it′s deficiency or excess The changes in rash color during the treatment can indicate the prognosis Prof  Peng Yu proposes that the defense and Qi should be regulated at the same time and the internal therapy and external therapy should be given at the same time in the treatment of infantile eczema,and medication should take spleen and stomach into account,which provides a new way of diagnosis and treatment of infantile eczema
