Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment for Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection the Delphi evaluation of its indexes and the analysis of the results

Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate and screen the concentration and coordination degree of  the opinions of the experts in TCM pediatrics on the draft frame and diagnosis advice of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment for Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection for optimization of this book.
MethodsDelphi method was applied to this research.All questionnaires were designed based on the biblimetric research and distributed to more than 40 experts 3 times.The results in the first two times of survey were analyzed.
ResultsTotally 47 and 44 valid questionnaires were received in the first and second time respectively.The experts' activity index was 78.3% and 88.0% respectively.The draft of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment for Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection was set down.The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on this book was obviously high.
ConclusionThe experts' activity and professional level is high.The experts are from all over China and express the typical opinions of all experts in this field.The items in the frame of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment for Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection are generally recognized,but different opinions on diagnosis standard also exist.
