循证护理对降低新生儿鼻塞式持续气道正压通气并发症的应用价值

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing in reducing complications of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP)in the newborn.Methods:Totally 77 cases of neonates who underwent the Nasal CPAP treatment in Luohu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were taken as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the routine nursing group of 39 cases and the evidence-based nursing group of 38 cases according to the admission sequence.The occurrence of complications related to CPAP in the newborn of the two groups after nursing was compared and the differences of nursing satisfaction were recorded.Results:①After nursing,the occurrence rate of CPAP-related complications in routine group was 30.8%,which was significantly higher than 7.9% of evidence-based group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②the nursing satisfaction of routine group was 59%,which was significantly lower than 92.1% of evidence-based group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the newborn with NCPAP treatment,evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the risk of related complications and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
