Abstract: IgA vasculitis used to be called allergic purpura, which is a kind of leucocyte fragmentation vasculitis with unknown pathogenesis. A large number of studies have found that streptococcal infection and immune disorders may be the cause of the disease. This article mainly focuses on the structure of streptococcal biofilms that may cause IgA vasculitis, such as AgⅠ/Ⅱ family proteins, deoxyribonuclease, lipid wall phosphatase, collagen-like protein-1, cysteine protease, etc., and Th1/Th2 ratio imbalance in immune disorders.
