    Dachaihu Decoction on high fat and high cholesterol in rats TNFα,IL6 expression level influence.

    Objective:Dachaihutang by studying the impact of high fat and cholesterol in the rat model of myocardial tissue and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα),interleukin6(IL6)protein expression,and further clarify the treatment of high fat Dachaihutang cholesterol mechanisms of disease.
    Methods:45 young Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Dachaihutang 3 groups. Establish control group,given a normal diet and daily normal saline; hyperlipidemia model groups of rats fed with high fat diet modeling; continuous 10 d; experimental section 11 d,Dachaihutang groups according to the amount of drugcontaining crude drug Health and medicine about 0.3 g/mL intervention. Daily living conditions observed in rats,respectively,after modeling 10,20,30 d,measuring weight and statistics. Experimental Section 30 d,within each group to detect the expression of myocardial tissue TNFα,IL6 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.
    Results:Compared with the normal group,model group within hypercholesterolemic myocardium TNFα,IL6 protein expression were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the model group,within Dachaihutang myocardial tissue TNFα,IL6 protein expression was significantly decreased(P<0.05).
    Conclusion:The highfat highcholesterol in the body to stimulate TNFα,IL6 massive release of cytokines,Dachaihutang can better inhibit TNFα IL6 protein expression of high fat and cholesterol have a certain disease control effect.

    Objective:To research the effect of acupuncture intervention on the expression of S100B、NSE of different types of brain injury model in rat brain tissue.
    Methods:According to the model preparation method is divided into premature intervention group and non intervention group, LPS premature intervention group and non treatment group, Ischemia and hypoxia group and untreated group, LPS intervention group and the non intervention group, the normal group. The method of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect S100B、NSE content in brain tissue of rats in different group.
    Results:Rats S100B, NSE expression was closely correlated with the severity of brain injury.The expression of  S100B、NSE in model group, was significantly higher than that in the blank control group (P<0.01).The results showed: the expression of S100B、NSE in brain tissue was lower than non intervention group expression in the acupuncture intervention group on twentyfirst day.
    Conclusions:The premature delivery to hypoxia and ischemia, rats, lipopolysaccharide infection detection of brain injury.S100B、NSE are not consistent in various model,maybe that related to the severity of brain injury related model.Brain tissue S100B、NSE expression was lower than non intervention group expression in the acupuncture group, which can demonstrate the use of "shu and he point" early intervention of acupuncture effectively.

    Objective:Study of the shortterm,longterm effectiveness and of cost nonehospitalized treatment with Chinese medicine for neonatal jaundice.MethodAmoung 159 neonates with neonatal jaundice,69 neonates with Chinese medicine and 90 hospitalized with phototherapy.They were treated with phenobarbital,compound lactic acid bacteria,newborn touching and abdominal massage auxiliary treatment.The Chinese medicine group were treated with Yinchenhao Decoction(jaundice)or capillary artemisia Lizhong Decoction(cold damp jaundice)and insisted on breastfeeding.The hospitalized neonates were treated with blue ray treatment and artificial feeding.Both were monitored with transcutaneous bilirubinometer for five days and followed up for a half year observation.
    Results:No significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect,but the cost for nonehospitalized group were reduced by 89.3%.Six months followup showed that the number of incidence in Chinese medicinal group was significant reduced.
     Conclusion:Nonehospitalized Chinese medicinal treatment for neonatal jaundice has less cost and the incidence of other diseases was reduced.
