Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis.
Methods:A total of 320 cases of infantile capillary bronchitis were hospitalized for treatment in Xiushui County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, who were randomly divided into four groups,with 80 cases in each group: ribavirin group(A),ribavirin+magnesium sulfate group(B),ribavirin+Xingpi Yang'er granules group(C) and ribairin+Xingpi Yang'er granules+magnesium sulfate group（D）.Elementary treatment was given to the 4 groups of infants according to their conditions, including inhaling oxygen, reducing sputum, and relieving wheezing, which lasted five to seven days. Observe the treatment effect, adverse reactions, length of hospital stay and time for signs and symptoms to disappear.
Results：The total effective rate of group A，B and C was 71.3%(57/80)，72.5%(58/80) and 73.8%(59/80) respectively,which was lower than that of group D(90.0%,72/80), and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.008 3).The time for signs and symptoms to disappear and the length of hospital stay were shorter in group D than the other 3 groups, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in all the 4 groups.
Conclusion：The treatment of Xingpi Yang'er ganules combined with magnesium sulfate for infantile capillary bronchitis can shorten the treatment course and relieve clinical symptoms, which is effective, safe and convenient.
