Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of auditory integration training in the treatment of children with language retardation.
Methods A total of 70 children with language retardation who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases each according to the simple randomization method. The control group was given speechcognition function training, and the observation group was given auditory integration training based on the function training. After 6 months of continuous training, the treatment effect, language ability and development quotient of the two groups of children were compared.
Results After the intervention, the total effective rate in the observation group was 91.43%(32/35), higher than that in the control group(71.43%, 25/35), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in receptive language ability, descriptive language ability and communicative language ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in language ability, response ability, motor ability and physical ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion Auditory integration training assists the treatment of children with language retardation, which improves clinical efficacy, speech function and language development.
