Abstract: Mycoplasma pneumoniae is one of the important pathogens of  community-acquired pneumonia in children. When Mycoplasma pneumoniae infects children, the clinical symptoms of multiple systems, such as digestive system and blood system, can appear due to the fact that Mycoplasma pneumoniae has the same antigen- with multiple organs.More and more literatures have pointed out that the changes of coagulation status and thrombosis play  a vital role in the pathogenesis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae. In this paper, the mechanism of action and some risk factors of blood hypercoagulability caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were summarized to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypercoagulability of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
