Abstract: This paper mainly summarized the non-pathological factors that affect the results of blood gas analysis in order to help clinicians to exclude non-pathological factors and correctly judge the condition of children and provide guidance for regulating the indexes of respirators and using alkaline drugs, and lay a foundation for future research on various non-pathological factors. Through the retrieval and analysis of related documents, it was found that non-pathological factors, such as blood specimen collection, specimen storage time and temperature, anticoagulant, neonatal body temperature and air mixing, could affect the blood and gas analysis value, which should attract the attention of clinical medical staff.
