贾六金主任复方配伍妙用苍耳子散经验浅析

Abstract:

Professor Jia Liujin has dedicated to the practice of medicine for over six decades, specializing in the in-depth study of single prescriptions and the meticulous research of herbal compatibility. In the treatment of pediatric diseases, he skillfully uses formulations and cleverly employs compound prescriptions to enhance synergistic effects， which results in remarkable therapeutic effects.Regarding the common pediatric disease of allergic rhinitis（AR）, Director Jia, based on his rich clinical experience, classifies it into different types, including wind-heat AR,excessive heat of lung and stomach，phlegm-heat trapped in lung,deficiency and coldness of lung-qi，deficiency of lung and spleen-qi，etc. Based on these classifications, he selects the Cangerzi powder as the basic prescription and combines it with different types of prescriptions for compound formulation. The purpose of this article is to summarize the compound prescriptions of Cangerzi powder commonly used by Director Jia in clinical practice， analyze the prescription compatibility and differentiation characteristics, and inherit his academic experience, in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
