Abstract: Purpura nephritis is one of the common secondary glomerular diseases in pediatrics.The permeability of glomerular filtration membrane increases，a large amount of plasma protein leaks out，which exceeds the renal tubular reabsorption capacity and is discharged out of the body，forming proteinuria.Professor Ding thinks that the nature of purpura renal proteinuria lies in the spleen and kidney deficiency，so based on years of clinical experience，she uses Gordon fruit and motherwort flexibly to strengthen the spleen and promote blood circulation，which results in good effect.
