Abstract:
Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP) is one of hemorrhagic disease in children，which can spontaneously relieve with the tendency of recurrence， so clinical treatment is difficult. Prof. Yu Huiping based on nearly 30 years of clinical experience， thinks that pathological basis of the disease is deficiency of vital Qi，and heat and blood stasis has been the symptoms through the disease. Keeping the deficiency of vital Qi as the nature， the heat and blood stasis as the underlying pathogenesis，and combined with the physiological characteristics of children with juvenile Yin and Yang，Prof. Yu has proposed Fuzheng Jiedu therapy in the treatment of ITP. Fuzheng Jiedu therapy, which combines warming Yang and strengthening nature detoxification， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis together，has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of ITP.
