Abstract: Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）is a difficult clinical disease in pediatrics. Professor Ren Xianqing thinks that the main pathogenesis of HSPN is heat，deficiency and stasis，and stasis is the mostimportant one. The treatment of activating blood and removing stasis should be used through the course，which is on the basis of "clearing heat and dispersing wind，benefiting qi and tonifying yin". Clinically，he proposes that using TCM syndrome differentiation and paying attention to the treatment of activating blood and removing stasis during the course of clinical treatment can prevent renal injury. Besides，the combination of Tripterygium Glycosides tablet and Piperazine Ferulate tablets can be used as needed during the treatment to improve blood hypercoagulability，which has prominent curative effect.
