超声检查小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄36例诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasonography in 36 cases of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis in children

摘要:
目的
:总结应用超声检查对先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿诊断价值。
方法:采用超声仪器进行检查,观察幽门管水肿情况,测量幽门直径及幽门肌层厚度。
结果:36例高频超声检查均有典型低回声环表现,在胆囊内下方可见延长的幽门管,幽门肌层增厚呈低回声环,其厚度在0.40~0.62 cm,纵切见幽门管长度为1.7~2.4 cm,前后径为1.2~1.5 cm。36例患儿经采用幽门环肌完全切开术均治疗证实为本病,术后36例患儿经超声检查未见胃腔扩张。
结论:超声诊断可直观地显示小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的病理表现,为诊断及鉴别诊断提供依据,是该病诊断的首选。

Abstract:
Objective:
To summarize the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.
Methods:The ultrasonic instrument was used for inspection.Observe pyloric edema and measure the pyloric diameter and pyloric muscular layer thickness.
Results:In all 36 cases high-frequency ultrasound examination showed a typical hypoechoic ring performance;there was extension of the pyloric tube in the gallbladder;pyloric muscular layer thickening was hypoechoic ring, with a thickness of 0.40 to 0.62 cm;pyloric tube length was 1.7 to 2.4 cm, and anteroposterior diameter was 1.2 to 1.5 cm.The 36 cases of children received pyloromyotomy,and gastric dilatation didn't occur after surgery under ultrasonography in the 36 cases.
Conclusion:Ultrasonography can directly show the pathological manifestations of the disease, providing the basis for diagnosis and differential diagnosis, which is the first choice in the diagnosis.
