摘要/Abstract

摘要：

贾六金教授认为肺气郁闭为小儿肺炎喘嗽的核心病机，解郁开闭为本病的治疗大法，并提出初期在宣、中期重清、后期宜补的序贯疗法。文章还总结了贾六金教授对于小儿肺炎喘嗽的诊疗经验，指出在临床诊治过程中要注重辨别早期肺炎，并总结单味药及对药的使用经验等，为小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床诊治提供参考。

Abstract:

Professor Jia Liujin believes that lung qi depression and closure is the core mechanism of pediatric pneumonia with dyspnea and cough, and that relieving depression and opening up closure is the main method of treatment for this disease, so he proposes a sequential therapy that focuses on dispersing lung qi in the early stage, clearing in the middle stage, and tonifying in the late stage. The article also summarizes Professor Jia's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia with dyspnea and cough, pointing out that it is important to focus on the identification of early pneumonia in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, and summarizes the experience of using single and pair of medicines, which provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia with dyspnea and cough.
