摘要： 芍药甘草汤系仲景为伤寒误汗亡阳，阳复后脚挛急证而设。导师王烈教授认为芍药甘草汤以酸甘化阴，调和肝脾，治疗小儿多发性抽动症及夜啼症，能切中病机取得满意疗效。此外现代药理学研究已经证实芍药甘草汤具有明显的镇静、镇痛、抗炎、止咳、平喘、解除横纹肌和平滑肌痉挛、抗变态反应作用。故用其治疗小儿支气管哮喘、肠痉挛性腹痛、荨麻疹，临证每每显效。导师王烈教授认为，参照中医理论与现代药理学研究结果选择用药，可提高治疗小儿疾病的疗效，达到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract: Shaoyao Gancao decoction Department Zhongjing for typhoid mistakenly sweat death,foot spasm syndrome and Yang complex.Professor Wang Lie thinks that Shaoyao Gancao decoction,by harmonizing liver and spleen,has achieved satisfactory effect in the treatment of Tourette syndrome and Yeti disease. In addition,modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that Shaoyao Gancao decoction has obvious sedative,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antitussive and antiasthmatic effect,relieving striated and smooth muscle spasm and having anti-allergic effects.Therefore,the treatment is effective in children with bronchial asthma,intestinal cramps and urticaria.Professor Wang Lie thinks choosing appropriate medicines according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacological research results can improve the curative effect,achieving an excellent results.
