植物多糖口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染102例疗效观察

The curative effect of the treament for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with plant polysaccharide oral liquid

摘要: 目的观察植物多糖口服液对反复呼吸道感染患儿(简称复感儿)的防治效果。 方法分别采用散射比浊法、间接免疫荧光法检测102例复感儿血清免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群的活性。将102例复感儿随机分为两组,植物多糖治疗组62例和转移因子治疗组40例,均治疗3个月。以健康儿40例为健康对照组。102例患儿均随访6,12个月。 结果治疗前复感儿各项免疫功能指标均明显低于健康对照组,植物多糖口服液治疗6个月后均恢复正常或明显改善,总有效率98.4%,且植物多糖口服液治疗12个月后,疗效明显高于转移因子治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论反复呼吸道感染患儿存在T细胞、B细胞免疫缺陷,植物多糖口服液对复感儿短期、远期均有广泛的免疫激活作用。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the control efficiency of the plant polysaccharide oral liquid for the children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. MethodsNephelometry and indirect immunofluorescence assay were used to check out the activity of the serum immune globulin and the T cell subsets in the 102 reinfected children who were treated in Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Dalian University from 200707 to 200807.A total of 102 cases of reinfected children were randomly divided into two groups,plant polysaccharide oral liquid treatment group (62 cases) and transfer factor oral treatment group (40 cases).Both of the two groups were treated for 3 months.Prepare 40 cases of healthy children as the healthy control group.Follow up the 102 cases for 6 and 12 months. ResultsBefore the treatment,each of functional parameters of the immune function of the reinfected children was significantly lower than the healthy control group.After 6 months` plant polysaccharide oral liquid treatment,the functional parameters were all put back or markedly improved,with the total effective rate of 98.4%.Meanwhile,after 12 months` plant polysaccharide oral liquid treatment,the effect was significantly higher than transfer factor oral treatment group,the difference being statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionRecurrent respiratory tract infection in children is complicated with the existence of T cells and B cells immune deficiency.Plant polysaccharide oral liquid has a wide immune activation for both the shortterm and longterm recurrent respiratory tract infection.
