摘要： 目的：探究综合康复护理模式对提高脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）患儿日常生活活动能力的影响。
方法：选择2015年10月至2016年2月在沈阳市儿童医院康复病房住院治疗的101例脑瘫患儿为研究对象，采用日常生活活动能力（ADL）量表评价患儿生活能力，实施综合康复治疗，包括运动疗法、作业治疗、语言治疗、中医药治疗、理疗等综合康复方式进行护理。分别对患儿在入院3日内和出院前给予评估，评价患儿生活自理能力、动作及认知交流方面的康复情况。
结果：出院前动作评分为(57.3±12.1)分，ADL总分为(59.4±10.3)分，明显高于入院时的(45.7±10.2)分、(47.7±10.1)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：以ADL量表指导开展针对脑瘫患儿康复的优质护理服务，可有效提升患儿的生活自理能力，对于减轻家属负担具有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode on improving the ability of daily life of children with cerebral palsy.
Methods:From October 2015 to February 2016,101 children with cerebral palsy in the rehabilitation ward of Children's Hospital of Shenyang were studied. The ADL scale was used to evaluate the children's life ability and the implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, including exercise therapy, occupational therapy, language treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, physical therapy and other comprehensive rehabilitation Methods for nursing. The children were assessed after three days of hospital admission and before discharge, including the rehabilitation of children's self-care ability, action and cognitive communication were evaluated.
Results:Before discharge, action score was 57.3±12.1,and ADL score was 59.4±10.3, significantly higher than that on admission, 45.7±10.2 and 47.7±10.1,there being statistically significant difference(P<0.05).
Conclusion：The high quality nursing care based on ADL rating scale in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the self-care ability of children, which is of great significance in reducing the financial burden on families.
