摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察中西医结合治疗对哮喘患儿肺功能的影响。
方法200707/200903门诊及留观的67例患儿随机分为观察组33例和对照组34例，西医药物治疗相同，观察组同时应用中药口服及外敷。采用峰流速仪定期测定峰流速值，观察患儿哮喘发作次数。
结果治疗3个月后，观察组的肺功能明显提高，发作次数明显减少，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。
结论中西医结合治疗较西医单独治疗更能有效提高患儿肺功能，加快哮喘的缓解。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine on the pulmonary function of children with bronchial asthma.
〖WT5"HZ〗Method67 children with bronchial asthma were randomized into two groups:treated group and control group.Two groups were given the same amount of western drugs,the treated group received Chinese Medicine at the same time.Peak expiratory flow was monitored with peak flowmeter,and the number of times of asthmatic attack was observed.
〖WT5"HZ〗ResultsPulmonary function of the treated group was remarkably increased (P＜0.05),while the frequency of asthmatic attack decreased obviously after combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine for 3 months.There was significant difference in statistics,compared with the control group（P＜0.05）.
〖WT5"HZ〗ConclusionsThe combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine can not only speed up the lysis of bronchial asthma,but also improve the pulmonary function.
