摘要： 本文介绍了秦艳虹教授治疗小儿脾虚泻的临床经验。导师根据小儿“脾常不足”的生理病理特点并结合其多年的儿科临床经验，以自拟经验方运黄散配合磁疗天枢穴、小儿穴位贴敷疗法内外合治治疗小儿脾虚泻，同时特别注重预防与调护，在临床上获得颇为满意的疗效。

关键词: 脾虚泻, 病机, 运脾, 儿童

Abstract: This paper introduces professor Qin Yanhong's clinical experience in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency. Teacher according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children with "Spleen Deficiency" and her years' of clinical experience in pediatrics Prof. Qin used her self-made prescription "yunhuang powder" in combination with acupoint paste application and magnetic therapy of Tianshu acupoint to treat spleen deficiency in children ;meanwhile, Prof. Qin has paid a lot of attention to prevention and regulation, which has brough about satisfactory effect.
