徐氏潜阳安神法治疗小儿不寐经验

摘要: 海派徐氏儿科认为小儿不寐病机在于阳浮而阴弱,其治在温下潜阳的基础上,结合黄连阿胶汤以成温阳育阴之大法,制化水火阴阳以复其常态,形成了具有海派特色的治疗大法。本文基于海派徐氏儿科温潜法,结合小儿病因病机的发展特点,探析徐氏对小儿不寐的病因病机的认识,对潜阳安神法的遣方用药特色进行解析,并附验案,以期对临床有所裨益。

Abstract: In Xu's pediatrics of Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that the pathogenesis of children's insomnia lies in the rise of yang and the weakness of yin, so the treatment is as follows: on the basis of warming the lower and suppressing yang, Huanglian Ejiao decoction is used to warm yang and nourish yin and to control water and fire and yin and yang to restore its normal state, thus forming a treatment with the characteristics of Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the warming and suppressing method of Xu's pediatrics of Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine, this paper explores Xu's understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia in children, and analyzes the characteristics of prescription and medication of tranquilizing method by suppressing yang through the combination with the development characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis in children. A case is included here to provide some references for clinical practice.
