儿童哮喘缓解期中药敷贴治疗选穴的对比研究

摘要： 目的对比专家拟定穴位组与古书所载穴位组贴药对哮喘缓解期的治疗效果，为中药敷贴疗法合理选穴提供依据。
方法将80例儿童哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为专家拟定穴位组（简称观察组）和古书所载穴位组（简称对照组）各40例，观察两组疗效和治疗后主症、次症的改善情况。
结果治疗1个疗程，随访6个月期间内，观察组和对照组的患儿哮喘发作次数、发作时喘息程度、平时感冒次数、鼻塞流涕程度，以及出汗、神疲懒言、形瘦纳差、面色少华等均有明显改善（P＜0.05）；观察组临床总有效率为77.5%，明显优于对照组的57.5%（P＜0.05）；观察组主要症状的改善优于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组的次要症状的改善无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。
结论专家拟定穴位组防治儿童哮喘疗效优于古书所载穴位组，值得推广应用。

Abstract:  acupuncture point group for the remission of children asthma drawn up by experts and contained in acient books.〖WT5"HZ〗Methods80 children in remission of asthma were randomly divided into two groups：the treated group（acupuncture point group drawn up by experts） and the control group（treatment contained in acient books）.The clinical effect and the improvement of the main and minor symptoms after treatment were observed.〖WT5"HZ〗ResultsAfter application of Herbal Plaster therapy for a course，and a sixmonth followup，asthma attack frequency，the degree of breathing space when attacked，the number of normal flu，the degree of running nose，and the secondary symptoms：sweating，fatigue，enervation，etc.had been significantly improved（P＜0.05）；After treatment，the total clinical effectiveness of the treated group was 77.5%，significantly better than the control group which was 57.5%（P＜0.05）;The improvement of the main symptoms after teratment in the treated group was superior to the control group（P＜0.05），but the difference of the minor symptoms after treatment in the two groups had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）.〖WT5"HZ〗ConclusionsThe effect of the acupoint group drawn up by experts for preventing and controlling children asthma was better than treatment contained in acient books and worthy applied widely.
