中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘160例临床研究

The clinical research on 160 cases of bronchial asthma in children by Chinese and Western Medicine combination treatment

摘要: 目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘的优势。
〖JP2〗方法采用随机对照的原则将200709/200902成都中医药大学附属医院儿科符合纳入标准的患者240例,按2∶1的比例分为中西医结合观察组(简称观察组)160例,西医观察组(简称对照组)80例,观察其单项症状体征病情积分变化、临床主要症状体征治疗前后各项积分的变化及临床疗效。
结果观察组总疗效98.1%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。〖JP2〗但在显控率,改善咳嗽、咯痰、喘息症状以及哮喘症状评分上优于对照组(P<0.05)。
结论中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘有其独特的优势,值得进一步研究。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo understand the advantage of Chinese and Western Medicine combination treatment for children with asthma.
To explore the advantage of TCM combined with Western Medicine in treating acute asthma in children.
〖WT5"HZ〗Methods240 children suffered acute asthma in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM is divided into two groups radomly,according to the ratio of 2∶1,the treated group(TCM combined with Western Medicine) and the control group(Western Medicine),to observe the single symptoms signs score changes,the main clinical symptoms,and signs score changes after treatment.
〖WT5"HZ〗ResultsThe total rate of effection in treated group is 98.1%.There was no obvious statistics difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The treated group was superior to control group on evident control group,alleviating cough,phlegm,dyspnea symptoms and scores asthma symptoms(P<0.05 or P<0.01).
〖WT5"HZ〗ConclusionTCM combined Western Medicine has unique superiority in treating children asthma.It is worthy of futher research.
