苏前止咳方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

摘要： 目的:观察苏前止咳方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘（痰邪蕴肺证）的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年10月长春中医药大学附属医院儿童诊疗中心门诊收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘（痰邪蕴肺证）且无感染指征的患儿76例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组给予苏前止咳方治疗，观察两组临床总有效率、咳嗽症状评分、免疫功能指标水平、肺功能［用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC］及呼出气一氧化氮（FeNO）指标水平情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为94%-74%（36/38），明显高于对照组76%-32%（29/38），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组日间、夜间咳嗽症状评分及FeNO水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组IgM、IgG、IgA及肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:苏前止咳方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床治疗效果显著，能够显著改善患儿临床症状及体征。

Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Suqian Zike formula in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 76 children with cough variant asthma(CVA) (syndrome of pathogenic phelgm accumulating in lungs) but without indications of infection were included as research subjects,who received treatment in the outpatient department of Pediatric Diagnosis and Treatment Center,the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from Oct.2022 to Oct.2023,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Suqian Zike formula.The clinical total effective rate,cough symptom score,immune function index level,lung function (FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC) and FeNO index level of the two groups were observed.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%-74%(36/38),which was significantly higher than 76%-32%(29/38) of thecontrol group(P<0.05).The daytime and night time cough symptom scores and FeNO levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgG,IgA,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suqian Zike formula has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children.
