儿童腺病毒感染引起重症肺炎的预测指标

Predictors of severe adenovirus pneumonia in children

摘要: 目的:探讨儿童重症腺病毒肺炎的预测指标。
方法:对200例腺病毒肺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,应用Logistic回归分析评估重症腺病毒肺炎患儿的特异性指标。
结果:单因素Logistic回归分析显示,血红蛋白、胆碱酯酶、白蛋白水平越低,天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)越高及合并支原体感染时,儿童腺病毒肺炎重症感染的可能性越高(P<0.05)。
结论:血红蛋白、胆碱酯酶、白蛋白、AST、LDH及是否合并支原体感染等指标对儿童重症腺病毒肺炎有预测价值。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the predictors of severe adenovirus pneumonia(SAP)in children.
Methods:The clinical data of 200 children with SAP were retrospectively analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the predictors of SAP in children.
Results:The univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the lower the levels of HB, cholinesterase and plasma albumin, the higher the AST and LDH, and when combined with mycoplasma infection, adenovirus pneumonia was more likely to occur in children(P<0.05).
Conclusion:Indicators such as HB, cholinesterase, albumin, AST, LDH and combination with MP infection have predictive value for SAP in children.
